Workshop with researchers from the Catholic University of Lublin

On 13 and 24 March 2025, we held workshops with academics from the Institute of Political Science and Administration and the Institute of Economics and Finance. The aim of the workshop was to prioritise the selected categories of drivers of change and build their interdependencies within the framework of the classification created at the earlier workshop. In this way, we completed a series of workshops on the construction of a trend and uncertainty matrix. The aim of the whole exercise was to optimise the collected empirical material so that it would constitute a coherent 'input' for the next stages of the study. The resulting processed empirical material posed the selection of optimal 'primary' uncertainties to trigger the scenario building procedure.
We would like to thank the academics of the Catholic University of Lublin for their contribution and commitment to the painstaking work and for participating in the heated discussions that inevitably accompany this kind of endeavour. We hope that the workshop unleashed, at least in part, the hidden potential of its participants and showed that scientific work can have different shades and that knowledge acquired over the years can be used in ways that its disposers had not expected.
We will try to publish the results of our work in the near future.
