On 20-21 May this year. Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz organised the International Scientific Conference 'The individual and the state in cyberspace - opportunities and threats'. The Polish Digital Society took the honorary patronage of the event. We present a summary of the proceedings in the form of a book of abstracts. We are glad that the creative atmosphere of the discussions held during the conference gave rise to several interesting concepts for further cooperation projects. We will be happy to report on the emerging results.
