Introduction
In today's economic environment, systemic resilience is a key prerequisite for the effective functioning and sustainable development of enterprises. For over two decades, we have been searching for optimal methods to provide organisations with access to sources of economic growth, risk minimisation mechanisms and real market opportunities.
After years of intensive research, testing and integration of various methodologies, we are launching a comprehensive project called Explosion of Entrepreneurship. The initiative has been precisely tailored to the specifics of the Polish market, combining an innovative approach to building competitive advantage with risk minimisation through low-cost diversification of activities.
The essence of the project
The Entrepreneurship Explosion is an advanced strategic project and a process of discovering new business models based on existing organisational potential, integrated with local and potential global sources of economic growth.
By definition, this initiative requires systematic implementation. The optimal solution is to implement it in a specific territory, although this is not a prerequisite – failure to do so may only slightly increase the cost of the entire research and creative process.
Programme structure
The programme comprises three key components:
1. Analysis of the macroeconomic environment
Comprehensive analysis combined with variant demand for new products, goods and services. In this regard, we often use research previously conducted as part of research projects, which significantly optimises costs and implementation time.
2. Analysis of local business potential
A detailed analysis of the specific nature of local economic potential, including the identification of potential sources of economic growth. This element is particularly important for micro and small enterprises, which account for the majority of local economic activity. This analysis increases the likelihood of success for a new business model, as the local market serves as a "testing ground" for business expansion into other markets.
3. Specialised company audit
We conduct a comprehensive audit of the organisation's resources. We have two sets of audit trails at our disposal:
- simplified version – dedicated to micro-enterprises
- extended version – intended for larger businesses
The process ends with the creation and testing of new business models based on a developed and verified methodology. When designing business models, we utilise the potential of scientific publications, giving new solutions the value of uniqueness and academic knowledge.

The project therefore represents a holistic approach to economic development which, through a smart combination of strategic analysis, local context and organisational potential, creates the conditions for generating authentic, sustainable business innovation – especially in times of uncertainty and radical change.
The initiative is a practical implementation of mechanisms developed and tested as part of the project "System for evaluating scientific research in terms of the potential for creating new business models", financed from the state budget as part of the Minister of Education and Science's programme "Science for Society".
